Manufacturing process requirements for sheet metal outdoor cabinet
The cabinet base shall be made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm, which shall be hot-dip galvanized after welding.
The metal materials used for the cabinet shall have the ability to resist corrosion and electrochemical reaction after or without surface treatment.
Non metallic parts (including insulated wires, cables and foaming materials) shall be flame retardant materials, and their flammability shall meet the requirements of flame retardant test.
appearance
The coating surface shall be continuous and uniform, the texture shall be consistent with the corresponding standard template, and there shall be no defects such as nodulation, shrinkage, blistering, pinhole, cracking, peeling, chalking, particle, sagging, bottom exposure, inclusion of dirt, etc.
For cabinets without spraying treatment, the gloss and texture of the external surface shall be uniform and beautiful.
adhesion
After the adhesion test, the coating on the cabinet surface meets the requirements of grade 1 in Table 1 of gb/t 9286-1998.
Impact resistance
After the impact resistance test, the coating on the cabinet surface is free of radial cracks, notches and other defects.
Anti-aging
The coating on the cabinet surface is anti-aging.
Solvent resistance
After the solvent resistance test of the coating on the cabinet surface, there shall be no loss of light, obvious discoloration or wiping on the surface by visual inspection.
